Things to do
-Adult Coloring Books – LOVE THEM. This one has been my favorite thus far.
-Puzzels are always good to do as a couple or family.
-Bake cookies.
-Cook fun meals together – or check out a local cafe or known restaurant.
-Find a place to go hiking with or without snow shoes, just make sure its not too icy
-Sledding
-Bring lots of Books to read or catch up on!
-Movies are never a bad idea if the sun is going down at 3:30/4pm some places!
What to Pack.
How to Stay Stylish even when there is 12 inches of snow and its freezing outside.
For your man or yourself if you are a guy, pack two warm flannels and a couple of beanies for them to wear!

Of course a down coat is a must! Perfect as they pack really well as they shrink in size and honestly for your trip pack one large blanket scarf and maybe one other for your outdoor activities and you will be set!
A good neutral sweater will pair well with your blanket scarf as well as a fun combat book or mid knee high boat! Mine are Fryes from Nordstroms – live in them Fall & Winter as they have great traction on the bottom for any snow or ice!
Good length for a Sweater if you have a shorter coat!

Where to Stay.
We like to book through VRBO, Airbnb or TripAdvisor over a hotel or resort type place. The bonuses of those are a pool or hot tub – if it isn’t prime season and will be full of people and then you don’t use it anyways! Its good to ask on those platforms if they are running specials, offer a discount after a certain amount of nights and read your reviews!!
